Why my fish changes color + a 2 shiney scales on each side next to the plate Gill.?

tank is filtered airated treated with tap safe and secure custody. the other gold fish is very good / not color change. scales are in the same places on each side. could well be the model of fish, but im not sure you (iv only fish for a couple of days) is a Peacock

It appears that you describe the piece that covers the structure itself Gill. This scale is generally larger and brighter than the rest of the fish. Stress can cause fish to change color, and goldfish are known to change with time anyway.
